Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or compact license (eNLC) under PA law.
• Preferred certification in area of specialty.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in professional practice within a nursing unit.
• Collaborates with care teams to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care.
• Assigns tasks based on patient needs and staff competencies; supports team performance.
• Ensures care is delivered according to physician orders and hospital policy.
