Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an engaged partner on the care team and support teammates.
• Lead interdisciplinary rounds to ensure appropriate care and smooth transitions.
• Apply the nursing process to meet clinical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients.
• Communicate clearly with physicians, APPs, patients, and families; promote safety and quality.
