Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years RN experience with direct patient care.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state) and BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, customer service, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and utilize technology effectively.
• Respond decisively to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring care is patient-centered and culturally sensitive.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, promoting shared decision-making.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care using interdisciplinary collaboration and timely records.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Support professional development by completing required training, mentoring others, and serving as a preceptor.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.
