Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care to patients via direct and/or telephone contact.
• Assists physician or other provider with clinical procedures and telephone triage.
• Coordinates with care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Administers prescribed medications with knowledge of dosage, route and potential side effects.
• Provides up-to-date clinical information to patients in line with scope of practice.
• Performs authorized procedures (e.g., EKG, phlebotomy, IV monitoring) as needed.
