Job summary

Responsibilities include administering therapies, managing patient flow, documenting care, and supporting families. Requires BSN, RN license, BLS, and oncology experience; prior transplant/infusion certification

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• RN license in practicing state and BLS certification.
• Five years nursing experience, with oncology preferred.
• Oncology certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate and promote continuity of care.
• Assess health status via patient interview and records.
• Administer therapies under physician supervision.
• Administer medications and manage dose modifications as needed.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate referrals.
