Qualifications

• Education: RN required or BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year oncology experience required.
• RN license required (US state).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses.
