Job summary

Spencer Hospital in Spencer, IA, is seeking a registered nurse to assist in medical and radiation oncology. You will provide direct and indirect physical, psychosocial, and spiritual care for cancer patients and related conditions, contributing to a comforting, multidisciplinary team environment.

Qualifications

• IA RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.
• BSN and oncology experience preferred.
• Oncology Certification (OCN) preferred but not mandatory.
• Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Certification required prior to completion of orientation/chemo administration.

Responsibilities

• Position will assist in Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology.
• Provide direct and indirect physical, psychosocial and spiritual care for patients with cancer and related disease processes.
