Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT. The position emphasizes assessment, care planning, and coordination with a multi-disciplinary team in a busy hospital setting.

The RN will oversee LPNs/CNAs, ensure adherence to guidelines, and participate in clinical teams to improve patient outcomes. A current RN license and BLS-HCP are required, with BSN preferred or mandated within four years for ASN/ADN holders.

Qualifications

• RN must hold an active RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN required or must be completed within 4 years from hire date for ASN/ADN holders.
• BLS-HCP certification required; ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs.
