Florida Cancer Specialists is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Flagler Office team. The RN will assist physicians in patient care and education, support IV therapy, and help ensure safe, compassionate treatment across hematology/oncology clinics.

We value strong clinical skills, clear communication, and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies. Candidates must hold an active RN license in the state and be prepared for background checks and vaccination requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of residence.
• Experience with IV therapy in clinical settings.
• Strong critical thinking and calm, decisive action in emergencies.
• Current CPR certification; BLS preferred or required within 30 days.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Valid driver''s license for travel to clinics.
• Experience with hematology/oncology patients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in patient care and teaching at the bedside.
• Support IV therapy administration and monitor patient response.
