Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse to join our oncology care team. The RN assists physicians in patient care and teaching, with emphasis on IV therapy and frontline support in a physician-led setting.

An active RN license in the state, CPR certification, and English fluency are required, with BLS to be obtained within 30 days. Travel to clinics is expected with a valid driver license. We offer a competitive package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Residence, with experience in IV therapy.
• The ability to assess patient needs and condition.
• Strong critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Current CPR certification.
• BLS required upon hire or must be obtained within 30 days of employment (FCS will provide BLS course within first 30 days).
• Fluency in the English language with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver license for travel to clinics.
• Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital is preferred.
