The role requires an RN with Virginia license, CPR/BLS, oncology experience preferred; offers hourly pay $38.60–$53.08, depends on experience, with a focus on quality and compassionate patient-centered care.

Formación

• Program Graduate, Registered Nurse (Required).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (Preferred).
• 2 years RN experience (Preferred).
• CPR/BLS Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs per standards of practice.
• Educate patients and families, tailor education and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and transitions.
• Facilitate patient throughput and quality outcomes.
• Document clinical and quality information per RHS standards.
