• Administers, oversees and documents medication administration per order and policy.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, cultural, behavioral/emotional and spiritual needs and plans care.
• Documents care and patient status using the nursing process; communicates changes and dispositions.
• Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and effective communication with diverse patient populations.
• Engages in professional growth and meets mandatory requirements.
