Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Pavilion 5 in Camden, NJ. The role involves caring for oncology patients on a 30-bed med-surg unit, with exposure to advanced therapies and stem cell treatment capabilities.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering patient-centered care in a high-acuity setting. The position requires a NLN-accredited nursing education, an active NJ-RN license, NJ-BLS certification, and at least one year of inpatient acute care

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year acute care experience in inpatient setting.
• Graduate of NLN-accredited School of Nursing.
• Current NJ-RN License and NJ-BLS Certification; advanced certifications may be required (ACLS/NALS/PALS).

Responsibilities

• Follows established policies and procedures.
• Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors.
• Provides excellent customer service interfacing well with all levels of staff, management and physicians.
