Job summary

Sarah Cannon Research Institute in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Clinic Research Nurse to support oncology trials. You will monitor study subjects for protocol compliance and coordinate care across visits, labs, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• RN license required.
• Knowledge of FDA Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and GCP.
• Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow study subjects to ensure protocol compliance and close monitoring.
• Use protocol to screen, treat, and follow patients.
• Ensure patient documentation is completed at each clinic visit.
• Ensure medications are approved by registrar before initiating treatment.
• Accurately calculate and document BSA, creatinine clearance, and other protocol conversions.
• Schedule follow-up appointments, scans, and procedures per protocol.
• Inform SCRI and clinic staff when a patient comes off study.
