Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers in Surprise, AZ, is seeking a dynamic Research Nurse to coordinate oncology clinical trials across our Phoenix-area locations. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with no on-call or weekend requirements.

You will oversee protocol adherence, consent, data entry, regulatory filings, and collaboration with investigators. Travel between offices is expected, and a strong background in clinical research and nursing is essential.

Qualifications

• Oncology/clinical research experience required.
• Nursing degree from accredited program; B.S.N. preferred.
• GCP/training in human subjects desirable.
• CCRC certification preferred.
• Must be willing to travel between offices.

Responsibilities

• Review studies for feasibility with investigators and director.
• Screen, consent, enroll subjects and supervise non-RN coordinators.
• Maintain data and regulatory files; adverse event reporting.
• Ensure proper billing for research subjects.
• Prepare study submissions to IRB with regulatory docs.
• Follow randomization and blinding procedures per protocol.
• Ensure eligible patients consent appropriately and are enrolled.
• Enter data accurately into sponsor databases and resolve queries.
• Manage investigational product storage, accountability and dispensing.
