Proforma Health Inc is seeking an RN Oncology to provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult cancer patients, assess and monitor conditions, administer chemotherapy safely, and collaborate with oncologists and pharmacists.

You will educate patients and families, manage side effects, document in the EMR, and participate in quality improvement and professional development within a supportive, patient-centered team.

Formación

• Registered nurse with strong oncology knowledge.
• Safe medication administration skills and clinical assessment ability.
• Excellent communication and patient education capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and monitor patients, recognizing changes in condition and response to treatment.
• Administer chemotherapy and related therapies safely and according to established protocols.
• Manage treatment side effects and symptom control, escalating concerns as needed.
• Coordinate care with oncologists, pharmacists, and an interdisciplinary team to support continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, self-care, and expected outcomes.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication throughout the care process.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in teamwork, professional development, and quality improvement efforts.
