Job summary

Lexington Health is seeking a Radiation Therapy qualified professional to administer daily prescribed doses of radiation therapy under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist. You will provide comprehensive patient care to adolescents, adults, and geriatrics receiving radiation therapy in a hospital setting.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Radiation Therapy program with ARRT registration or eligibility and South Carolina licensure, and involves a day shift with PRN status.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Radiation Therapy program
• Registered by the ARRT or registry eligible; SC licensure
• Minimum experience: none; training: none

Responsibilities

• Administers daily prescribed doses of radiation therapy.
• Performs simulations.
• Designs and fabricates treatment devices for immobilization and custom setup.
• Assists with brachytherapy procedures and treatments.
• Maintains clear communication with staff regarding patient care and treatment.
