Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Oncology Physician for locum tenens coverage in Greenville, South Carolina. The role covers inpatient and outpatient care with a day shift, starting ASAP, at a facility that follows EPIC EMR.

Candidates must be Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology, hold an active South Carolina license, and carry BLS. Credentialing is expected within 0–60 days and the assignment includes tumor-board participation and complex hematologic/oncology cases.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Hematology & Oncology physician with valid credentials.
• Active South Carolina medical license or the ability to obtain; BLS required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and hospital-based practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oncology care for adult patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Coordinate credentialing timelines and documentation (0–60 days).
• Adhere to facility protocols and quality standards in care delivery.

This facility is seeking a Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm: November 2, 2026 start.
• Practice Setting: inpatient and outpatient
• Type of cases and required procedures: Adult, Geriatric, Participation on a Tumor Board, Management of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
• Credentialing timeframe: 0-60 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Certifications required: Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Licensure required: Active South Carolina license
