Qualifications

• At least 1 year of medical or pharmacy experience.
• Board of Pharmacy registration or eligibility required.
• IV admixture preparation experience; proficient with computers; hospital in-services yearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and label medications and sterile products under pharmacist supervision.
• Maintain stock levels in the infusion center and pharmacy.
• Process medication orders and restock supplies.
• Fill prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Label and pre-pack medications and deliver to infusion center.
