Job summary

Cihealthgroup is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join our Washington State metro practice. The role focuses on managing oncology follow-ups, hematology testing panels, and collaborating with MDs who handle new patient consults.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year oncology experience, NP licensure, and can thrive in a physician-led, collaborative environment with strong APP autonomy. Inpatient APP support is available, with a balanced mix of clinic and admin duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Oncology experience required.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license.
• Willingness to work 4 clinic days plus 1 admin day per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient follow-ups and their own Hematology panel.
• MDs handle new patient consults.
• Support from dedicated inpatient APP hospitalist team.

The Role

• Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with 1+ year of Oncology experience required
• Schedule: Four (4) clinic days & one (1) admin day
• Average 18-22 patients per day
• APPs manage patient follow-ups and their own Hematology panel, MDs handle new patient consults
• Dedicated inpatient APP hospitalist team for support
• Compensation: Base salary + production bonus
