Pagosa Springs Medical Center (PSMC) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Oncology Nurse Navigator to support patients throughout the cancer care continuum.
The Oncology Nurse Navigator serves as a clinical guide, advocate, and coordinator, helping patients navigate diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. This role works closely with providers, infusion staff, and external partners to ensure timely access to care, remove barriers, and improve the overall patient experience.

Base Compensation Range: $33.55 - $51.40 hourly, based on years of relevant experience. "Relevant experience" means relevant to the employee's responsibilities set forth in the job description as determined by the HR Manager, CAO, applicable department manager/director and applicable senior leader.
Starting Work Bonus: This position is eligible for a starting work bonus of up to $5,000. Eligibility, amount, and payment terms are subject to Pagosa Springs Medical Center’s compensation policies and may vary based on position, experience, and employment status. Bonus payments, if applicable, are typically issued after the employee has met required employment and service criteria.
Moving Expense Reimbursement: This position is eligible for a moving expense reimbursement of up to $3,000. Reimbursement is subject to Pagosa Springs Medical Center’s relocation policy and requires prior approval. Eligible expenses and reimbursement amounts may vary based on position and individual circumstances. Reimbursement is processed in accordance with established policy and applicable tax regulations.
