The Oncology Nurse Navigator is responsible for navigating and optimizing the experience of Prostate Cancer patients as they move through the continuum of cancer care, from screening and detection to diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship. The Oncology Nurse Navigator will assist the physician and staff while working to deliver superior patient experience.
