Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the regional oncology team. The ideal candidate has at least five years of oncology experience and is enthusiastic about full-time work, with EPIC EMR used system-wide to manage patient information.

You will provide care across Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley, maintain continuity during absences, and perform visits and follow-ups to support clinic operations while collaborating with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in PA Studies and unrestricted Colorado PA license.
• NCCPA PA-C certification required for hire and maintained.
• DEA permit to prescribe medications during practice.
• Unrestricted medical staff membership and prescriptive authority.
• BLS certification issued by AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care support across a regional oncology team serving Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley.
• Maintain continuity of care by covering for providers during absences.
• Conduct patient visits and follow-up to support clinic operations.
• Manage patient communications, results review, and e-basket duties.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs and staff for seamless care.
• Utilize EPIC EMR system across the practice.
