Siemens Healthineers seeks a clinical support specialist in medical physics to manage customer support requests for oncology products. You will observe medical physics services at clinical sites under a senior physicist and contribute to patient safety and care.

Located or willing to relocate to Lubbock, TX, you will collaborate with physicians and clinical staff, participate in educational activities, and help ensure compliance with vendor and site policies.

Qualifications

• AA or BS degree required.
• Located or willing to relocate to Lubbock, TX or surrounding area.
• CAMPEP Residency candidate.
• Shadowed a Radiation Oncology department preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop personal program of self-study and clinical competency with guidance from the medical physics staff.
• Interact with employees and physicians professionally regarding oncology products and patient care.
• Observe radiotherapy dosimetry, QA, and safety activities under guidance of a qualified medical physicist.
• Participate in educational activities and committees related to technical and patient care.
• Maintain compliance with institutional policies and vendor requirements.
