• BLS certification from American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the health care team and delegate tasks with accountability.
• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process and standards of practice.
• Ensure patient safety, accurate documentation, and effective communication with the care team.
• Mentor staff and participate in continuous quality improvement activities.
