Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of healthcare professional (HCP) marketing initiatives for the Multiple Myeloma portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in business, marketing, science, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related commercial experience.
• Hematology experience preferred; Multiple Myeloma experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting marketing, sales, commercial operations, or related business functions within healthcare or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of HCP marketing tactics and promotional initiatives aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing Directors and cross-functional teams to implement marketing plans and support key brand initiatives.
• Assist in development, review, and execution of HCP promotional materials across digital, print, personal, and non-personal channels.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, Sales, and agency partners to support timely execution of marketing projects and materials.
• Gather and synthesize customer insights from field teams, market research, advisory boards, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing recommendations.
• Support congress planning and execution activities, speaker programs, peer-to-peer initiatives, and other HCP engagement efforts.
