Job summary

Merck is seeking a Senior Specialist, Oncology Market Access to support OCAR strategies for current and future indications. You will work with agency partners, internal teams, and Global Pricing to ensure access and optimal reimbursement for oncology medicines.

The role involves collaboration across departments, development of payer value propositions, and management of promotional resources, with a 5% travel expectation. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Ability to work within a highly regulated and complex environment.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical critical thinking and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally within our company to understand and build a value proposition for oncology medicines.
• Input into development and execution of payer value propositions and branded initiatives.
• Collaborate with Payer Marketing team to develop resources supporting the oncology strategy.
• Manage and interact with agency partners.
• Oversee the safety label update process for payer marketing resources.
