Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited medical assisting program or military training preferred.
• Certification or registration by hire with AAMA/AMT/NCMA/NAHP/AMCA.
• BLS through American Heart Association within 30 days.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and patient education.
• Proficient computer skills; ability to perform EKGs and BP readings.
• LPN track: Florida LPN license and BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care management and administrative tasks.
• Provide clinical and administrative support to physicians and nurses.
• Perform EKGs and blood pressure measurements.
• Support coverage across Brent Lane, 9-Mile, and Gulf Breeze clinics.
• Handle duties according to policy and maintain documentation.
