Bryan Health is seeking a licensed social work professional to provide clinical assessment and outpatient treatment at the Bryan Cancer Center and Bryan Counseling Center. The role includes individual, group, and family therapy, with telehealth options available to address patient needs across cultures and ages.

Key responsibilities include initial diagnostic interviews, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with an integrated health team.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) required.
• Experience in integrated health setting preferred, including oncology patients.

Responsabilités

• Commits to mission and core values.
• Conducts initial diagnostic interview and mental status exam; makes treatment recommendations.
• Develops individualized treatment plans and updates them as required.
• Provides individual, group, and family therapy; offers crisis intervention.
• Completes documentation and billing per guidelines and HIPAA requirements.
• Maintains appropriate caseload to meet productivity expectations; delivers culturally competent care.
• Attends outpatient staff meetings; participates in team communication.
• Adheres to ethical standards; applies Trauma Informed Care principles.
