Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• RN state license and active state registration.
• 0–3 years nursing experience; oncology preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and coordinate care to ensure continuity.
• Assess patient and family needs; provide teaching.
• Administer therapies under physician supervision.
• Ensure pre-authorizations and consent forms where required.
• Adjust therapy dose with physician input and protocol guidance.
• Perform venipuncture and manage central lines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coding basics.
