Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of service or multi-state license (eNLC).
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire date.
• Less than 12 months of RN experience; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in inpatient infusion/oncology via the nursing process.
• Create plans of care with assessment, diagnoses, interventions, and evaluations.
• Ensure patient safety and appropriate documentation and handoffs.
• Educate patients based on learning needs and apply evidence-based practice.
• Operate within ANA ethics and participate in unit-level QI activities.
