Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS required.
• ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy training or certificate within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administers and documents medications and IV fluids per hospital policy.
• Manages nursing supplies and drug inventories in treatment areas.
• Ensures prior authorizations are obtained for visits, procedures, imaging, referrals and specialty drugs.
• Evaluates intervention outcomes relative to nursing goals.
