Qualifications

• PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience in IV therapy.
• Experience in Oncology.
• Experience in Chemotherapy administration.
• Experience in Ambulatory care.
• Infusion Therapy Certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer intravenous therapies following established protocols and guidelines.
• Monitor patients during infusion therapy for adverse reactions or complications.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with infection control practices and safety standards during all patient care activities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of infusion therapy advances.
• Educate patients and families on infusion procedures, potential side effects, and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records of infusion details and responses.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
