Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Provide age-appropriate care including basic self-care activities.
• Develop and evaluate a teaching plan with family involvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in providing patient care.
• Assist physicians with procedures and perform services requiring skills.
• Address psychosocial needs and coordinate discharge planning with family.
