Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an RN Oncology Infusion Therapy Clinician to deliver chemotherapy and targeted therapies in an outpatient infusion center. The role requires licensed nursing practice, strong knowledge of oncology protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure in Georgia or compact license.
• BSN or higher preferred for oncology infusion practice.
• Experience administering chemotherapy or targeted therapies is required.
• Competence with hazardous drugs and infection control standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other infusion therapies in an outpatient setting.
• Monitor patient response, manage adverse effects, and provide education to patients and families.
• Ensure safe handling of hazardous drugs and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Document care and participate in staff development and precepting duties.
