Job summary

Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in the Mercy Oklahoma City South area. The role uses the nursing process to deliver high-quality care and maintain patient rights and confidentiality. Shift is full time, 40 hours per week, with four 10-hour days (7:30 am–6:00 pm).

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and uphold Mercy Service Standards while pursuing opportunities for professional growth and education.

Qualifications

• Education: Grad of a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Experience: 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Licensure: Maintain current RN license in the applicable state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or complete within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for care of assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
