Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with an associate degree or higher, with oncology experience.
• Minimum one year hospital RN or equivalent.
• At least one year in oncology care or infusion therapy.
• Per diem requires 3 years RN experience; manager may waive.
• OCN certification or willingness to obtain within 2 years.
• ONS/ONCC Biotherapy and Chemotherapy cert or willingness within 12 months with CE hours.
• RN license in Minnesota; Wisconsin license or in‑process.
• BLS through AHA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in infusion and oncology clinic.
• Coordinate care with physicians, inpatient, homecare, and hospice staff.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood products, and IV meds.
• Assess, plan, implement, follow‑up, and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain Oncology Nursing Society and institutional standards of care.
