Mayo Clinic in Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and manage transitions of care across the continuum. The RN will contribute to professional practice and may assume leadership roles on committees, while delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Required BSN or accredited nursing program, one year oncology experience preferred, and current RN license with BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program with accreditation (ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA) or equivalent RN experience.
• Minimum of 1 year RN Hematology/Oncology experience.
• RN start date constraints: evidence of BSN within five years if start date after Apr 1, 2020.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care and education.
• Support professional nursing practice across settings and transitions of care.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and participate on committees as applicable.
