Qualifications

• State of South Carolina & National Certifications required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and participate in staff huddles.
• Maintain accuracy of medication documentation and charges.
• Handle inventory management and ordering of pharmaceuticals.
• Perform state certified technician tasks under supervision of a pharmacist.
• Collaborate with physician offices to obtain specialty prescriptions and manage prior authorizations.
• Ensure compounding and dispensing adhere to USP guidelines, including IV admixtures and hazardous drugs.
