Job summary

Wellstar Medical Group, LLC seeks an RN Oncology Infusion Therapy Clinician to join our outpatient infusion center. The RN will regularly administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies, delivering safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes evidence-based nursing, team collaboration, and ongoing professional development. Sensitive to cultural needs, you will mentor staff, participate in quality initiatives, and ensure adherence to nursing standards

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• RN license required (Georgia) with CPR/BLS.
• Chemotherapy competency required and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) for oncology infusion patients.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapies in outpatient infusion setting.
• Provide patient and family education, support age-appropriate and culturally aware care.
• Lead and precept nursing staff; participate in staff meetings and continued education.
• Coordinate care with care managers and multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
