Job summary

Penn State Health – Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA, is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant in Medical Oncology–Hematology Oncology to support physicians in patient care.

You will assist with rounds, examinations, injections, wound care, and coordinate patient referrals while aligning with professional standards and the center's commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant Program or higher degree meeting licensure requirements in the State of Pennsylvania.
• National Certification in Pennsylvania or in another State with reciprocity and licensure to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in the medical care and management of patients, including rounds and physical examinations.
• Perform injections and care of wounds.
• Arrange for patient referrals.
