Job summary

theMednet seeks an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner for a prestigious Maryland hospital on the eastern shore. The NP will work with two board-certified Medical Oncologists in inpatient and ambulatory settings, delivering comprehensive cancer care and coordinating patient care with families and the health team.

Eligible candidates bring 2–3 years in hematology/oncology, a master's degree in Nursing or Science, CPR/BLS, and DEA certification; AOCNP is preferred or to be obtained within 2

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of hematology/oncology experience in a practice or infusion center.
• NP with a master's degree in Nursing or Science.
• CPR, BLS and DEA certification; AOCNP preferred or obtained within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood products and supportive therapies.
• Coordinate and communicate all aspects of care with patients, families and the health care team.
• Provide comprehensive care in inpatient and ambulatory settings alongside two board-certified Oncologists.
