Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience working with insurances and payors
• Associate's Degree (or relevant experience)
• Experience in oncology or cancer care setting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-registration and registration processes with insurance and financial data
• Verifies insurance coverage and obtains authorizations and notifications throughout treatment
• Provides financial counseling and explains insurance and billing options to patients
• Offers financial advocacy and support to patients and families as needed
