Omega Healthcare Management Services is seeking an Oncology Data Specialist to accurately abstract cancer cases from electronic medical records into our registry software. You will ensure compliance with state, national, and client reporting standards, perform case finding and follow-up, and contribute to tumor board activities as needed.
You will use established coding instructions and registry standards to determine reportable cases and resolve any data gaps with managing physicians.
