Qualifications

• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and version control.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and modernization of operational data processes.
• Develop and improve automated data processing workflows and AI-enabled improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate and enhance key oncology reference datasets.
• Manage reference dataset lifecycle: documentation, versioning, traceable updates.
• Assess dataset structure, integrity, and quality for downstream use; resolve data issues with partners.
• Contribute to best practices for reproducible workflows and scalable dataset operations.
• Keep oncology reference datasets current and responsive to priorities.
