IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to ensure study sites operate smoothly and efficiently, advancing groundbreaking research in oncology. You will conduct site visits, monitor recruitment, provide protocol training, and maintain essential regulatory documents with a focus on quality and collaboration.

Qualificações

• BS Degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of on-site monitoring experience in oncology; 2 years preferred.
• Strong understanding of GCP and ICH guidelines with oncology protocol expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication and organizational skills.
• Effective time and financial management with ability to build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Site visits: initiate, monitor, and close-out in accordance with GCP/ICH.
• Develop and track site recruitment plans to meet study needs.
• Provide protocol training and maintain regular site communications.
• Evaluate site practices for protocol adherence and quality issues.
• Track regulatory submissions, enrollment, and data management progress.
• Maintain TMF/ISF documents per regulatory requirements.
• Mentor clinical staff through co-monitoring and training visits.
• Collaborate with study team to support project execution.
• Manage site finances and retrieve invoices per local requirements.
