Job summary

IQVIA is hiring Clinical Research Associates (CRA) at the 1 and 2 level. Candidates should have 6 months to 2 years of onsite monitoring experience within oncology, with preference for Cardiovascular/Renal/Metabolic and/or Neurology.

Candidates can be located anywhere in the US. You will perform site monitoring visits, support site recruitment plans, train sites on the protocol, and ensure GCP/ICH compliance while managing study documentation and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or health care preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• CRA training or prior monitoring experience may be required by some organizations.
• Basic knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; able to use laptop and mobile devices.
• Written and verbal communication skills including good command of English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with coworkers, managers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform site monitoring visits per scope of work and regulatory requirements (GCP/ICH).
• Support recruitment plan and drive site enrollment to enhance predictability.
• Administer protocol training to sites and maintain regular communication.
• Evaluate site practices for quality and regulatory adherence; escalate issues.
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, data queries; assist start-up.
• Maintain site documents and TMF/ISF per regulatory requirements.
• Prepare visit reports and follow-up letters; maintain study documentation.
• Collaborate with study team for project execution support.
