Travel is required; a bachelor’s degree in life sciences is required; strong knowledge of GCP/ICH is needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of on-site monitoring experience or more.
• Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel as required by the project.

Responsabilités

• Conduct site visits: initiation, monitoring, and close-out per scope of work and ICH/GCP.
• Collaborate with site staff to implement recruitment strategies and enrollment goals.
• Deliver protocol training to site personnel and maintain communication to resolve issues.
• Assess site performance and ensure data quality and protocol adherence.
• Monitor study progress: regulatory submissions, enrollment, CRF completion, data queries.
