Job summary

Endeavor Health's Elmhurst Cancer Center in Elmhurst, IL is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to support patient prep, specimen collection, phlebotomy, and routine diagnostics. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays, and requires strong adherence to clinical procedures under physician supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, current certification from a recognized CMA body, CPR eligibility, and at least six months of clinical

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current certification through AAMA/ARMA/AMT/NCMA/NCCT/AMCA/NCNH/ NHA required.
• CPR certification must be obtained within three months of hire.
• Minimum six months of clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical examination and obtain specimens.
• Conduct routine laboratory tests and record results; perform phlebotomy.
• Under physician supervision, perform clinical and administrative tasks.
