Job summary

Montefiore New Rochelle is seeking a Research Associate to support clinical trials in the Cancer Clinical Trials Office. This role involves data collection, data management, and coordinating activities under supervision to ensure GCP-compliant conduct and timely data submission.

You will assist in participant recruitment, consent processes for interventional and non-interventional studies, and help maintain study documentation and specimen handling per protocol.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or public health required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• ACRP or SOCRA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects and records study data and inputs information into the database.
• Assists in trial activities: calling participants, screening eligibility, registering subjects with sponsors, and administering lifestyle questionnaires.
• Maintains source documents and subject files per hospital procedures.
• Ensures data accuracy through chart reviews and timely data compilation.
• Coordinates SFVs and SIVs and monitors scheduling, including remote access where needed.
• Secures and ships clinical specimens as required by the protocol.
